HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY SPECIAL OCCASION ?
A booking fee is required in order to secure your date and time as booked. The booking fee is a payment SEPARATE from the services you choose to book and does not apply towards the total cost of services. No appointment date and time will be reserved without a booking fee. Booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
DO YOU ALL HAVE A BRIDAL CONTRACT ALONG WITH BOOKING FEE FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes, the signed Bridal Contract, as well as, all the paid booking fees of each person getting services are required in order to book your wedding date and time. The service balance is due by the wedding day.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY BRIDAL TRIAL?
Having some photos of inspiration on-hand is highly recommended. This gives us a clear direction of your vision for the look you have in mind for your specail day! Also, wear a white top or a shirt with an open neckline. And of course, don't forget to bring a photo of your DRESS!
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR WEDDINGS PARTIES AND LARGE GROUPS?
Yes, we do! Please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange a payment plan that works best for you.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! Our home base is DeJean Beauty in Orlando, FL. We love to travel to our clients. Whether in are in the Central, South or North Florida. We are always available for you to take us with your to a different state or country! We are available for destination weddings worldwide.
WHAT IS YOUR TRAVEL FEE?
We offer complimentary travel for anything within a 40 miles radius of us. After 40 miles, $0.55 per mile will be figured into the total cost of the services. If travel time exceeds 2 hours, a hotel accommodation may be required for the makeup artist.
WHAT DOES THE TRAVEL FEE COVER?
Driving time, gas expenses, & travel mileage.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE PAYMENT?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, CashApp, Venmo, & Zelle, PayPal (please process PayPal payments as a “personal transaction”)
We DO NOT accept personal checks, or foreign currency.
If you speak to us first on occasion will accept money orders and cashier checks. HOWEVER, first we must provide you written and dated consent in accepting this type of payment.
SHOULD I TIP?
When receiving satisfactory service it is common courtesy to tip the person providing service. Tip amount is your personal choice. With parties 7+ Beauty Industry standard gratuity of 18% will be added to all on-location services.
WHEN IS A SECOND MAKEUP ARTIST NECESSARY?
If the number of persons requesting makeup services on the wedding day exceeds 3 or more, a second makeup artist may be required. This will be confirmed depending on the amount of time that you have available the morning of to get ready. If a second makeup artist is requested or required, a $50 fee will apply to the bridal client's total cost of services.
WHAT IF THERE IS A WEDDING CANCELLATION?
If a contract must be terminated due to a wedding day cancellation, the bridal client is responsible for 50% of the total cost of services (bridal & bridal party included) booked for her date if canceled within 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. 100% payment will be charged to the bridal client if a cancellation occurs within 5 days of the wedding day.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY MAKEUP APPLICATION?
One week prior to your makeup appointment, make sure that you are consistent with your skincare regimen by cleansing and moisturizing, day and night. Drink plenty of water. Use a gentle exfoliator on your skin twice a week. Clean up your brow shape by either tweezing, waxing or threading. Ask me about bridal skincare packages!
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Please make sure your face is completely clean and free of any makeup or mascara before the makeup artist arrives. You eye brows should be freshly cleaned up (whether you get them plucked, threaded, waxed, etc) Hair pulled back out of your face.

We use high-end, prestige, professional grade products to ensure the best quality of luxury service. Make Up For Ever, Derma Blend, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Givenchy, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, NARS, Too Face, and Fenty are just a few of the preferred cosmetic brands that we have found exceptional and are readily stocked in our professional makeup artist kit.
HOW LONG WILL MY MAKEUP APPLICATION TAKE?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment, there is no charge. If you cancel between one and four hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost. If you cancel less than one hour before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your total appointment cost.
IS AIRBRUSH MAKEUP BETTER THAN HAND-BLENDED MAKEUP?
IF I DON'T WANT LASHES, BRING MY OWN LASHES, OR BRING MY OWN FOUNDATION, DOES THAT REDUCE THE PRICE?
The answer is simply, No. We are offering luxury services- our prices are our prices. We love accommodating our clients wants and needs. However, please do not insult our time and service by try to haggle our very reasonable prices. We are happy to apply your personal lashes, instead of our luxury mind 5D whispy lashes. Or, If you want to bring your personal base, instead of us using our collection of prestigious foundations- We will apply them for you, but it will not change our price.
